Challenging Work
Days at Davis are spent strategizing, consulting with clients, brainstorming and helping to create communications that engage. To encourage creativity and forward thinking among our employees, we have a hands-off management style – yet, the support of strong leaders is a constant presence, and teamwork is a must.
Our ideal candidate is one with the confidence and motivation to seek solutions to client issues using creativity and sound marketing and advertising principles. Experience is a plus, but fast learners can also find plenty of room to excel.
