Karen Briggs

Karen provides daily guidance to her clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of professional services. This includes everything from day-to-day ad placement to in-depth campaign strategy.
She has spent the last 12 years as part of the Davis team, during which time she has worked on accounts including Milton Hershey School, AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, Temple University and WellSpan Health. Before joining Davis, Karen worked in public relations with the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network and in the marketing services department of Prophet 21, Inc., a computer software development company.
Karen is a member of the Philadelphia Area Association of Healthcare Recruiters and the Philadelphia chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management. She graduated from La Salle University in May 1997 with degrees in Communications and English. |

Mary DiCesare

With a background in customer service and retail management, Mary’s multi-faceted experience is the perfect complement to an energetic, go-getter personality. In addition to working on recruitment advertising creation and placement, she is vital to our media relations efforts. She’s also our Office Manager, successfully supervising a multidisciplinary support team.
In many ways, Mary acts as a super-connector between people and resources here at Davis. If she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll be sure to tap into the perfect agency resource to find the best and fastest answer for any Davis client.
With over 22 years of recruitment advertising agency experience, Mary provides seasoned advertising support to clients from a variety of industries, such as the National Rehabilitation Hospital, Sony Music, Tasty Baking Company, David’s Bridal, Longwood Gardens and Weidenhammer Systems. |

Lisa Redmond
Account Manager

In working with clients such as 21st Century Insurance, Hahnemann University Hospital and IKON Office Solutions, Lisa is known for turning her vast expertise into creative and comprehensive recruitment solutions. She especially enjoys helping her clients make the most of the Internet, including the development of landing pages, microsites and Web sites. To stay abreast of the issues that matter most to her clients, she also holds memberships in SHRM, NAHCR and PAAHCR.
Lisa brings 16 years of recruitment advertising experience to her position at Davis, along with experience in direct mail, marketing and fundraising. Her current clients can expect to benefit from all she has learned throughout her career, serving a wide variety of industries.
In addition to graduating from Penn State University with a major in Advertising and a minor in Spanish, Lisa achieved her MBA with a concentration in Marketing from St. Joseph's University. She is also a graduate of the Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies at the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Association of Advertising Agencies. |

Alex de Soto

Alex de Soto is part of Davis’ Strategic Management Team, helping to explore new directions for the company. He leads our design, production and interactive teams, providing expert guidance during concept development. He reviews and is responsible for the execution of all design and interactive projects created by Davis. Alex also works alongside the Account Managers to create strategic advertising and communication plans for our clients. He has been focusing his research and planning efforts on identifying the most effective integrated marketing techniques and on improving diversity recruitment and internal communications for our clients.
In addition to more than 30 years of recruitment communications experience, Alex brings a unique combination of creative talent and business skills to the Davis team. Prior to joining Davis, Alex worked at Triangle Publications, former publishers of TV Guide and Seventeen magazines. He completed his undergraduate work in Communications, Psychology and Film Production at Oberlin College in Ohio. His college career included studies in Tours, France and work with a film production company in Philadelphia. Since then, he has completed continuing education courses in management and Web design.
Alex is fluent in Spanish and is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Artists (AIGA), the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), the Usability Professionals Association (UPA), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Alex believes that he has something to learn every day. A wall in his office is dedicated to his ever-growing library, and you may run into him at the many seminars and events (offline and online) that he attends frequently. He participates in discussions on ERE.net and other groups, including PhillyCHI, the local chapter of a technical group that explores Computer Human Interaction. |

Eileen Turner
Account Manager

Eileen takes responsibility for the day-to-day management and long-term planning of recruitment advertising. In this role, she works closely with her clients on e-mail campaigns, direct mail, Internet initiatives, diversity advertising, print ads, employee referral programs, radio and open houses, as well as other projects.
Eileen first came to Davis in 1988 as a Drexel University co-op. After graduating from there with her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, she went on to work at Philadelphia Magazine for 6 years, initially as the Classified Manager and then in outside advertising sales. She also helped start up several publications, including Philadelphia Home, Philadelphia Weddings and Mid-Atlantic Weekends.
Happily for Davis, Eileen rejoined our team 13 years ago. She now handles such healthcare accounts as Abington Memorial Hospital, Capital Health and Nemours. |
