AdPronto respects the privacy of our users. AdPronto endeavors to provide job seekers and employers with a safe, secure user experience that respects the sensitivity and confidentiality of employment-related transactions and data.

Information collected by AdPronto

• AdPronto collects addressable data, including name, e-mail address, street address, zip code and telephone number, as well as employment-related information that is commonly found on a resume and/or job description.
• AdPronto does not collect job-seeker social security numbers or credit card information.
• Job seekers also have the option (but not the obligation) of submitting demographic information that employers may use for EEO reporting purposes. Providing this information is voluntary and you will not be subject to any adverse action or treatment if you choose not to provide this information.
• Visitors to AdPronto will be sent a small file containing a string of characters that identifies your browser. We use this information (cookies) to enhance site quality and to measure site performance. Users have the option via their browser to refuse these cookies. Please note that if a user does not accept cookies from AdPronto, some features within the site may not properly function. This information is not linked to your personal information.
• When you use AdPronto, our servers record information sent via your browser which may include Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser and other industry-standard, non-addressable information commonly contained in commercially-available Web analytics applications. This information is not linked to your personal information.

Use of information collected by AdPronto

• AdPronto will only allow employers you have selected and individuals who are necessary to support Web site operations to view your information. AdPronto will not disclose your personal information to third parties, unless legally required.
• AdPronto performs a variety of analyses that incorporate user data. These analyses support a variety of site management and site improvement initiatives. These reports are not shared with third parties.
• Data collected via AdPronto is also used to create a variety of reports that contains anonymous, aggregated information about site visitors. These reports do not contain any addressable, identifiable information and are not linked to your personal information.
• AdPronto will use your contact information to provide information about the status of your account and to provide you with employment-related information (including promotional information) from third parties. Your personal, addressable information is not shared with third parties.
• AdPronto does not provide resume database services. While our policies forbid employers from sharing access to our site with third parties, we cannot guarantee employer compliance. AdPronto is not responsible for the actions of employers, job seekers or third parties who have gained improper access to any part of our database.

Data security

• AdPronto takes security measures to protect against unauthorized access to our site. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices. We restrict access to personal information to AdPronto employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
• Credit card transactions are managed via a third-party credit card transaction vendor. Credit card transactions are protected via the use the Secure Socket Layer protocol.
• AdPronto does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. AdPronto is not responsible for the actions of third parties who have gained improper access to any part of the AdPronto application/database.

Changes to this policy

• Please be advised that AdPronto's privacy guidelines may change from time to time. AdPronto will post policy changes to this page. If AdPronto institutes significant changes, we will provide a more prominent notice, which may include e-mail notification.
• The current version of our Privacy Policy can be identified at the top of the page by its effective date.
